Project Name: JTFC 300,000 MTPY P₂O₅ Project (Jordan Türkiye Fertilizer Company – a JV between JPMC and TRANSPET)

Project Location: Eshidiya, Jordan (greenfield industrial complex)

Plant Facilities & Capacities:

Phosphoric Acid Plant (PAP): 1,000 MTPD P₂O₅

Sulphuric Acid Plant (SAP): 3,200 MTPD H₂SO₄

Balance of Plant (BOP), utilities, infrastructure, and associated facilities

Scope of Work: Hire a PMC Contractor to act as Employer’s Representative, supporting all project phases: scope definition, EPC tendering, engineering, procurement, construction, commissioning, and start-up

PMC Contractor Qualification Requirements:

Minimum 10 years of proven experience in industrial project management, engineering management, or Employer’s Representative role

Participated as PMC/Employer’s Representative in at least two (2) comparable reference plants (phosphoric acid, sulphuric acid, or fertilizer complex process plants)

Completed at least one (1) benchmark reference project successfully within the last five (5) years
